After running and installing ARM, it prompts that the developer cannot be verified, which is caused by macOS security mechanisms.
The solution is simple, click cancel first.
1. Open Settings
2. Privacy and Security - Security - Blocked - Click "Still want to open"
3. Click Install again to display a new window, and click the "Open" button.
